1. Reservations

• Reservations can be made through our website, email, phone, or other authorized booking channels.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate travel information, including flight details, pickup location, destination, passenger count, and contact information.
• BG Transfers is not responsible for delays or inconveniences resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

2. Payments

• Full payment or a deposit may be required to confirm your reservation, depending on the selected service.
• Accepted payment methods will be displayed during the booking process.
• Prices are quoted in the selected currency and include only the services specified in the reservation confirmation.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service are non-refundable.
• No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount.

4. Flight Delays

• We monitor commercial flight arrivals whenever flight information is provided.
• In the event of a flight delay, we will adjust your pickup time whenever possible at no additional charge.
• Customers must provide accurate flight details at the time of booking.

5. Waiting Time

Airport Pickups

• Complimentary waiting time is included for airport arrivals.
• Our driver will wait for a reasonable period after your flight lands.

Hotel and Private Residence Pickups

• Drivers will wait up to 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time.
• Additional waiting time may result in extra charges or may require rescheduling, depending on availability.

6. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers agree to:

• Arrive at the designated pickup location on time.
• Wear seat belts during the trip.
• Follow all local laws and safety regulations.
• Treat vehicles and drivers with respect.
• Avoid any behavior that could endanger other passengers or the driver.

BG Transfers reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger whose behavior is abusive, unsafe, or illegal.

7. Luggage

• Standard luggage is included according to the vehicle capacity.
• Customers must inform us in advance if traveling with oversized luggage, sports equipment, wheelchairs, strollers, or other special items.
• Additional charges may apply if a larger vehicle is required.

8. Child Seats

Child safety seats are available upon request and subject to availability.

Customers are responsible for requesting child seats during the reservation process.

9. Service Delays

Although BG Transfers makes every effort to provide punctual service, we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Heavy traffic
• Road closures
• Weather conditions
• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Accidents
• Airport operational delays

10. Limitation of Liability

BG Transfers shall not be liable for:

• Missed flights or connections due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Lost, stolen, or forgotten personal belongings.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

Customers are encouraged to verify they have all personal belongings before leaving the vehicle.

11. Vehicle Assignment

Vehicle models shown on our website are for reference only.

BG Transfers reserves the right to substitute a vehicle with another of equal or greater capacity or category when necessary due to operational requirements.

12. Smoking, Alcohol, and Illegal Substances

Smoking, vaping, and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside all vehicles.

Passengers who damage or excessively soil a vehicle may be responsible for cleaning or repair costs.

13. Privacy

Personal information collected during the booking process is used solely for reservation management and customer service.

We do not sell or share customer information with third parties except when required by law or necessary to complete your reservation.

14. Modifications

BG Transfers reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
