At BG Transfers, we understand that travel plans may change. To provide the best service for all our customers, we have established the following cancellation policy:

• Free cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before your scheduled pickup time.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service are non-refundable and the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
• Any changes to your reservation, including pickup time, date, or destination, are subject to availability and should be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
• In the event of airline delays, please notify us as soon as possible. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your updated arrival time at no additional charge when applicable.
• No-shows or failure to appear at the designated pickup location without prior notice will be considered a last-minute cancellation and are not eligible for a refund.
